Digital media in all shapes and forms is woven into our children's world. Parents of neurodivergent kids often feel caught between the "all or nothing" messages that just don't work in daily life! In this talk, we will discuss the positive and supportive role screens can play in an autistic child's life as well as the risks and problematic patterns of behavior associated with screen usage. Let's move beyond shame and fear, to learn workable strategies for neurodiverse kids.
