Olmstead Subcabinet

Description

The Olmstead Subcabinet is made up of multiple state agencies and entities, plus the Metropolitan Council. Subcabinet members work together to make sure the state follows the Minnesota Olmstead Plan. The September Subcabinet meeting will be hybrid. You can join in person or through Zoom.

The Subcabinet meeting will include public comment. There will be time for 10 speakers. Each speaker will have 1.5 minutes to share comments. You can attend the meeting virtually on Zoom or in person to share comments. Those wishing to share feedback at the meeting must sign up to speak in advance by emailing the Olmstead Implementation Office (OIO) at MNOlmsteadPlan@state.mn.us. Each email will be timestamped. Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You may email OIO your name to hold your position. However, to keep your position on the list, we will also need the comments you intend to share during the meeting. You must email OIO your comments by noon (12:00 p.m.) on Monday, September 14. If you do not email your comments to OIO by noon on Monday, your timeslot will go to the next person in line. OIO will contact you Monday afternoon to confirm whether you have a slot to speak at the Subcabinet meeting.

Privacy notice: This meeting is open to the public and will be recorded. All comments submitted will be shared with state agencies and on the OIO website.
