Balance and Breathe is a yoga class that is focused on helping the community stay active, strong, and improve flexibility.
Join Carolyn Bailey, Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator, each Wednesday for Balance and Breathe Yoga. Falls are the leading cause of injury for older adults. This class is designed to help prevent the process of deterioration and loss of muscle mass that can lead to falls.
*Please note that registration is not mandatory and you do not need to bring a ticket to attend. Please join us at a class that works for your schedule.
Beginners are welcome. You must be able to get on and off the floor without assistance.
