Rituals for Resilience – Everyday Practices to Nourish You (Wise, Wild + Well Series Workshop 3)
Community events
Rituals for Resilience is the third workshop in the Wise, Wild + Well series and focuses on building steadiness in everyday life.
This practical, grounding session explores how small, repeatable rituals can support calm, energy, and emotional resilience — without adding pressure or complexity. Participants are guided to identify simple practices that fit into real life and can be returned to when stress builds.
Facilitated by Angela Brandenburg, a counsellor, medical educator, and coach, the workshop blends evidence-based wellbeing strategies, reflection, and journalling in a supportive group setting.
The workshop is held at The Studio by Carys Martin Ceramics on the Redlands Coast and includes light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen.
This workshop can be attended as a standalone session or as part of the full Wise, Wild + Well series, which moves gently from clarity and self-connection through to joy and rest.

Flower Crown Workshop - Valentine’s Weekend
Community events
Celebrate the season of love and the spirit of Country by crafting your own native flower crown.
In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn how to create a natural crown base using foraged and sustainable materials, before weaving in native blooms and botanicals to form a one-of-a-kind piece. Guided by Nadine, Blak Botanics, this is a gentle, intentional process - where each stem tells a story and every crown reflects connection to land, culture, and creativity.
Held over Valentine’s Day weekend, this workshop is an invitation to honour relationships - with nature, with others, and with yourself - through slow, respectful making.
You’ll leave with a handcrafted flower crown and a deeper appreciation for the beauty and resilience of native flora.
The Queens in this photos are sisters Zartisha and Jackie.

Stress and burnout webinar for business owners
Community events
Join the Business Wellness Coaching team from the Small Business Financial Counselling Service (SBFCS) Southern Queensland for a free lunchtime webinar designed to help you pause, reflect and make positive changes that support both your business and your wellbeing.
What will be covered?
This session explores stress and burnout as a business owner, focusing on the early warning signs.
Stress and burnout rarely appear overnight. They build slowly, showing up through signs like constant fatigue, irritability, difficulty focusing, or losing enthusiasm for tasks you used to enjoy.
In this session, Business Wellness Coach Graham Pegg will explore how recognising these early signs allows you to intervene before burnout takes a stronger hold, protecting both your health and your business.

Thriving without perfectionism - lunchtime webinar for business owners

Join the Business Wellness Coaching team from the Small Business Financial Counselling Service (SBFCS) Southern Queensland for a free lunchtime webinar designed to help you pause, reflect and make positive changes that support both your business and your wellbeing.
What will be covered?
This session explores thriving without perfectionism in business and how it can create a lot of added pressure.
Are you feeling the strain of being perfectionist? Learn and grow without the pressure of getting everything ‘just right’. Perfectionism in business can create added pressure and can hinder growth and success. When you release the need to perfect every detail, you open the door to creativity, momentum and genuine confidence.
In this session, Business Wellness Coach Martin McGlone explains how your business can flourish, not through perfection but through consistent, imperfect action…
