Create and connect: Blotted line printmaking

Libraries When Andy Warhol first used the blotted-line monoprint method, illustrators were amazed – and they’re still amazed today!  In this beginner class, you’ll learn the very same process that Warhol made famous using simple materials: a nib pen, acrylic ink and tracing paper. Plus, of course, you’ll need a wonderful image to trace. (A variety of images will be provided; however, if you wish to create an art piece from your own image, please bring a black & white A4 photocopy with you.) Without any drawing skills required, we’ll walk you through how to create a one-of-a-kind monoprint that pops!
