These classes are designed for all levels of fitness with lots of options offered. You go at your own pace and ability; there is no floor work and no pressure. The ages range from 50 to 80 and beyond so you are in good company. It includes cardio, resistance work (all equipment supplied), stretching and relaxation in a friendly and safe environment. After each class, there is an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another, by having a cuppa in a nearby café plus there are fun monthly social events if you wish to join in. These sessions are open to any business or organisation who would like information on visa options for employing an overseas workers from the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste.
The PALM is a temporary residence visa available for eligible citizens of participating Pacific countries and Timor-Leste. The PALM scheme is an employer sponsored visa for unskilled, low-skilled and semi-skilled positions. This visa allows eligible businesses to recruit workers for short-term jobs for up to 9 months or long-term roles for between one and 4 years. The PALM scheme helps to fill labour gaps in rural and regional Australia and nationally for agriculture and select agriculture-related food product manufacturing sectors.

Sacred Boundaries is the fourth workshop in the Wise, Wild + Well series and centres on boundaries as an act of self-respect and care.
This reflective, practical workshop supports participants to explore where their energy is being drained, how to recognise when a boundary is needed, and how to communicate limits with clarity and kindness — without guilt or confrontation.
Facilitated by Angela Brandenburg, a counsellor, medical educator, and coach, the session integrates therapeutic insight, evidence-based tools, and guided reflection in a calm, welcoming group environment.

Design a geometric motif inspired by your connection to the Redlands’ natural environment and add it to a growing community motif wall about connection to place.
Join us in creating a community motif wall inspired by current exhibition, My Soil Farsh: Iteration 3 (Place, as Guest).
This evolving artwork celebrates stories, connections and shared experiences in the Redlands.
Using pre-cut geometric shapes and templates, participants will design and collage their own motifs before adding them to the collective wall. Your motif might reflect a plant, animal, texture, or pattern from the Redlands that holds personal meaning.
This activity invites you to explore how patterns and symbols can carry stories—just as the ancient motifs of Persian Farsh carpets have held stories of identity and culture for thousands of years.

The ages range from 50 to 80 and beyond so you are in good company. It includes cardio, resistance work (all equipment supplied), stretching and relaxation in a friendly and safe environment. After each class, there is an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another, by having a cuppa in a nearby café plus there are fun monthly social events if you wish to join in. Watercolour Fungi Workshop - Introduction to Watercolour Painting

Join artist and illustrator Ingrid for this 3-hour beginners watercolour workshop to learn how to bring fungi to life in painted form.
To start, Ingrid will guide you through the basics of using watercolour paints, paper and brushes. You will learn how to activate your colours using water, mix colours, and layer to change tones and intensity.
Ingrid will demonstrate bringing these elements together to achieve different results, with a focus on the particular techniques that you'll be using in this workshop. You'll be shown how to create key fungi characteristics, such as the shine on a smooth mushroom or the gills on its underside. You'll practice your skills by creating gradients, brush strokes and colour mixing on some fungi shapes.
You'll then have the opportunity to bring these skills together by creating an A5 fungi artwork. You can choose to draw your own design, or use the templates provided. The focus will be on the fungi, but we can also have some fun putting in moss, grass, dead leaves and tree…

Join artist and illustrator Ingrid for this 3-hour beginners watercolour and fineliner workshop creating some joyful moths and butterflies!
To start, Ingrid will guide you through some warm ups so you can get familiar with your tools and the basics of using watercolour paints. Ingrid will then demonstrate how to mix colours for your moths and butterflies, and how to create different gradients and patterns for their wings. You'll also be shown how to use masking fluid and fine liners with watercolour to achieve some unique effects.
You'll then have the opportunity to bring these skills together, creating your own series of winged watercolour creations. There will be templates available or you can also choose to draw your own design if you're up for the challenge!
This workshop is suitable for beginners with little or no experience, and all materials are supplied.

The exhibition opens on Saturday 7th March 2026 from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
The exhibition will conclude at 4.00 pm on 19th April 2026.
All artwork must be submitted no later than the 28th February 2026.
Theme Overview
The focus of this exhibition is on Abstract Realities, offering artists an open-ended platform for creative expression. While the theme allows for a broad range of interpretations, it is essential that all submitted works are rooted in abstract concepts.
Guidelines for Artists
Submissions must be abstract. Artists are invited to freely explore and express their abstract ideas.
Each submission cost is $5. A maximum of five submissions.
The theme accommodates a diverse array of artistic styles and mediums, as long as the underlying concept remains abstract.
Awards and Amenities
The People’s Choice 1st Prize winner will receive $50.

Design a geometric motif inspired by your connection to the Redlands’ natural environment and add it to a growing community motif wall about connection to place.
Join us in creating a community motif wall inspired by current exhibition, My Soil Farsh: Iteration 3 (Place, as Guest).
This evolving artwork celebrates stories, connections and shared experiences in the Redlands.
Using pre-cut geometric shapes and templates, participants will design and collage their own motifs before adding them to the collective wall. Your motif might reflect a plant, animal, texture, or pattern from the Redlands that holds personal meaning.
This activity invites you to explore how patterns and symbols can carry stories—just as the ancient motifs of Persian Farsh carpets have held stories of identity and culture for thousands of years.
Together, we will weave a tapestry of ideas that celebrates diversity, belonging and the beauty of our local environment.

These classes are designed for all levels of fitness with lots of options offered. You go at your own pace and ability; there is no floor work and no pressure. The ages range from 50 to 80 and beyond so you are in good company. It includes cardio, resistance work (all equipment supplied), stretching and relaxation in a friendly and safe environment. After each class, there is an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another, by having a cuppa in a nearby café plus there are fun monthly social events if you wish to join in. Prices are $16/class and a one-off Intro Deal of $60 for 5 classes with further discount class passes offered. You only pay when you attend. Lights out, let's dance! For one hour most Wednesdays, we turn out the lights & crank up the tunes to shake out the stresses of the week, exercise at our own pace, and get lost in the music. Held in over 75 locations around the world, No Lights No Lycra Redlands Coast is part of a global movement of people who dance for the sheer joy of dancing, with the music loud and the lights out!
