Join a family-friendly yoga session for beginners aged 5 years and up. Play, stretch, and move while soaking up the natural beauty of the bushland setting. Participants can do what they can and go at their own pace.

Take some time out for yourself and reconnect with nature. This nature journaling social group meets at Downfall Creek Bushland Centre on the last Friday afternoon of each month (except public holidays).
These informal sessions are facilitated by environment centre staff and are suitable for beginners and those who have already started journaling. After a simple introductory session, staff will lead a short, gentle guided walk to practice some nature journaling. After the activity ends, participants are welcome to continue journaling in the natural beauty of the reserve.
