LBFD- P.R.E.P Workout
Our Prospective Recruit Exercise Program introduces participants to a workout designed to challenge and encourage potential Fire Recruit candidates. We utilize actual Firefighting equipment as workout devices. It's a great way to prepare for our Physical Abilities Test. Future dates will be posted and can be registered for using this calendar.
What to bring:
-Athletic attire including athletic shoes
-Water
-A GOOD ATTITUDE
-No shows will be monitored
* Please note all attire will get dirty during the workshop.
