Meditation Techniques Instructional Course 2026
Two hour training course resulting in a 20 minute meditation practice. This meditation practice is a powerful way to reconnect with our inner self and experience the universal love and peace that is our true nature. When practiced with dedication, it brings about a natural integration of mind, body, and spirit.

The San Diego Laryngectomee Club is a support group for patients who are considering a total laryngectomy (full removal of the voice box), or who have already undergone one. Caregivers, significant others, and speech pathologists are all welcome. This informal, long-running group has served patients all over Southern California and gives people a safe space to ask questions, communicate, and see others living a full life post-operatively.

Two hour training course resulting in a 20 minute meditation practice. This meditation practice is a powerful way to reconnect with our inner self and experience the universal love and peace that is our true nature. UC Wide Young Adult Virtual Support Group.
Join us for a virtual support group that will focus specifically on the variety of challenges and experiences that young adults face who are also coping with cancer. We will discuss such challenges, share experiences, improve coping and foster connections within this group. This is for patients between the ages of 18-39 with any cancer diagnosis. The group will be held on the third Tuesday of the month from 6:15pm-7:30pm.
