A pancreas cancer diagnosis can spark fear and anxiety in many and can leave some feeling unsure about where to turn for support. This support group is for anyone navigating the complexities of pancreas cancer, from the time of diagnosis through all phases of care. The San Diego Laryngectomee Club is a support group for patients who are considering a total laryngectomy (full removal of the voice box), or who have already undergone one. Sound Bath

This integrative 45’ course uses crystal bowls, gongs, etc. to create a meditative sound bath to promote wellness. A sound bath for patients with cancer is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to support the body, mind, and spirit during oncological care. It is a full-body listening experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being "bathed" in acoustic sound waves and vibrations. This therapeutic sound healing session can help participants feel a state of peace, deep relaxation and inner harmony. When you are deeply relaxed, your nervous system is in a healthy state allowing for better sleep, reduced stress/anxiety, mental clarity and improved overall well-being. Sound Bath

This integrative 45’ course uses crystal bowls, gongs, etc. to create a meditative sound bath to promote wellness. A sound bath for patients with cancer is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to support the body, mind, and spirit during oncological care. This integrative 45’ course uses crystal bowls, gongs, etc. to create a meditative sound bath to promote wellness. A sound bath for patients with cancer is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to support the body, mind, and spirit during oncological care.
