Register for Hybrid Fundamentals of Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Course

Important Dates Surgeons who want to incorporate oncoplastic breast surgical techniques into their practice are encouraged to register for the next Fundamentals of Oncoplastic Breast Surgery course. In this hands-on course, surgeons will be exposed to basic oncoplastic techniques that they can perform and more complex techniques that require a team approach with a plastic surgeon. Register for Hybrid Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration Regional Course

Important Dates Registration is now open for the Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration (LCBDE) Course, a hybrid course with recorded didactic lectures and an in-person hands-on skills lab for surgeons who want an overview of pre- and intraoperative decision-making for patients with choledocholithiasis, as well as performing and accurately interpreting intraoperative cholangiography. Apply by June 15 for International ACS NSQIP Scholarships

Important Dates The American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP®) and the International Relations Committee offer International ACS NSQIP Scholarships for three surgeons from countries other than the U.S. or Canada who demonstrate a strong interest in surgical quality improvement. The scholarships, in the amount of $10,000 each, allow the Scholars to attend the annual ACS Quality and Safety Conference and to meet with Program Leadership and Surgeon Champions from ACS NSQIP-participating hospitals. Following the conference, the candidate is encouraged to visit one or two hospitals reflecting the candidate’s specific clinical interests.
