Adair County Improve your health and independence through strength-building exercises. You can start on the road to better health with the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy program, an eight-week course of one-hour, twice-weekly classes. The evidence-based program is built on simple, strength-building exercises that will improve balance, health and state of mind. No, it’s not strenuous weight-lifting. You’ll start at a level that’s right for you. No one is too inactive to participate. Building strength promotes quality of life and independence, especially for adults over age 60. Forage Foundations

Adair County Forage Foundations is a new seven course program developed by OSU extension that covers all aspects of forage management and production across central and eastern Oklahoma. The course covers Oklahoma forages, soil fertility, plant nutrition, pest management, forage quality, grazing animal nutrition, grazing management, hay production and forage management.
