Wednesday Night Run!

Join us for a Wednesday night group run! We are back to meeting at the store for our weekly Run/Drink Wednesday! Join us at 6:30pm for a group run down the beautiful MCT Trails. The route is out and back, so feel free to go as far (or not) as you want. After the run, we'll enjoy food and beverages at a local downtown establishment (optional), so bring a dry shirt and some $$! All paces and distances are welcome. Bring a friend, or make a new one! We hope to see you! Registration is no longer required. NOTE: Please sign our waiver the first time you attend and then you are good to go for the year. She Runs- Women's Morning Run

Calling all women! RunWell and Farm Girl Fit are partnering to bring you a weekly morning run just for YOU! All paces and distances are welcome (the group will run/walk 3-5 miles). We will meet at Yummy's Donut Palace in Edwardsville, right by the MCT Bike Trail. They will be open and they offer bathrooms for our use. Bring your own water and any nutrition you need for the run. We will head out promptly at 5:30am to be respectful of everyone's time, so come ready to run at 5:30am. After the run, enjoy pastries, coffee, breakfast burritos, and more at Yummy's! Light Up the Night Glow Run

Fall Classic 5K Run/Walk

Community Events The Fall Classic 5K is a double loop around Tower Grove Park in South St Louis. There is a 1/2 measures option for those wanting to do 1/2 the distance. Join us on April 27th for the 2nd Spring into the Fall Classic 5K Run/Walk.  We have fun run options for everyone. Sign up for the full 5K or maybe "1/2 Measures" run is a better fit for you to run half the distance. Not a runner or walker but want to support the Fall Classic? Kids & Cops Doughnut Run – 5K/1 Mile Fun Run

Community Events Our 4th Annual Kids & Cops Doughnut Run is a day of fun and awareness, offering both a competitive 5K and non-competitive 1 Mile Walk/Run. The 5K is a great option for those looking for a challenge, but this is also the perfect event for those looking for a fun day out with the family, a walk in a beautiful park, and/or a way to support a good cause. Prior to the race intro at 9:15am, we will have refreshments, music, kid's activities, the opportunity to explore first response vehicles, as well as a photo opp with our always awesome mascot, The GIANT Doughnut Man! The Force 5K

Community Events On Friday, May 3rd, 2024, join us in a galaxy . . .not so very far away (Frontier Park, St. Charles) . . . join the rebellion, save the empire, or at least raise funds and awareness for Bridgeway’s Domestic Violence Programs. Please join us for a 5K and compete against your fellow Jedi. All participants will receive a glow-in-the-dark t-shirt and finishers medals for the first 400 5K participants. Jim Schoemehl Run for ALS

Hydrants, Hoses, and Heroes 5K

Community Events Join us on May 4, 2024 to celebrate International Firefighters Day by participating in our Hydrants, Hoses, and Heroes 5K Run/Walk event. This 5K event is perfect for all ages and stages of fitness! The Highland Fire Department Auxiliary was founded in 2019 to help support the Highland Fire Department and the community. Law Day Run

Community Events Join us for Belleville's oldest 5K Run/Walk with a Cinco de Mayo flair in 2024. This fun family friendly event also includes a 1K Youth Run and 300 M Todder Trot, plus a bounce house. Happy's Running Club, Spring Brewery to Brewery Run 2024

Community Events Happy's Running Club, St. Louis is touring breweries by foot once again! Join us May 4 from 12p-6p for the Spring Brewery to Brewery Run, taking us on a fun adventure around town hopping from one amazing brewery to another. The event will kick off at noon at City Park Grill for packet pickup. Announcements are at 12:30 and then we head out, sashaying our way across town. Starting with our famous Resonance Brewing Beer Aid Station, we'll hit 2nd Shift Brewing, Modern Brewery, Rockwell Beer Company and loop back to City Park Grill Each leg is 2ish or fewer miles. Each stop is roughly an hour. The event will total 7.6, and end by 6p. 5k Donut Dash

Community Events This a fundraising advent for The Maryville Police Department Community Good Will. The funds raised will be used to help members of the Maryville Community. This 5k will start and finish in beautiful Drost Park with the top three male and female in each age group receiving a medal along with the top male and top female overall. Registration fees. Girls on the Run 5K

Community Events This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.This is a fun, celebratory event for our participants and not a competitive race. Everyone who participates is encouraged to walk, roll, push, run or skip at their happy pace. There will be music and dancing, happy hair stations and more! Ferguson Twilight Run 5K, 10K, and 1-Mile Fun Run

Community Events Ferguson Twilight Run will host its 15th annual event on Saturday, May 18, 2024. This year’s run will welcome participants to run or walk the 1-mile, 5K or 10K distances. All distances are offered virtually with unlimited participation; virtual races can be completed on your own schedule. The Ferguson Twilight Run will be held at Plaza @ 501. The 1-mile distance starts at 5 p.m.; the 5K starts at 5:45 p.m.; and the 10K starts at 6:15 p.m. For the safety of in-person runners and walkers, there will be staggered starts between pace groups for the 5K and 10K. Community Events The KT82 starts in St. Louis County, primarily traveling the Katy Trail through the historic towns of Augusta and Marthasville, en route to the finish line in Hermann City Park. The Katy Trail provides a terrific running venue including scenic vistas, bluffs, views of the Missouri River and numerous, wine country vineyards. The course includes 18 legs and 82 miles of running. Four of the legs involve more challenging, single track running on St. Charles County (Missouri Department of Conservation) trails. Heart to Heart 5K/10K Run

Route 66 10K

Community Events Hosted by the Metro Milers running club, the Route 66 10K features as part of the City of Edwardsville's Route 66 Festival. The festival and race are held in Edwardsville's City Park on the second Saturday every year in June.  As of the best races in the Midwest, the Route 66 10K is regularly the RRCA's Championship 10K those years it is eligible. This event is tailored to be enjoyed by all who participate as runners, walkers, and volunteers. Being a community-oriented event, a portion of the race budget is dedicated every year to benefit local not-for-profit organizations, and proceeds are used to promote physical fitness and activity in the Metro East. Age group awards (in 5 year bins) will be awarded to in person participants, and all registrants will receive a high quality technical shirt and finisher swag item. Community Events A unique 5k/10k/Half Marathon in the heart of downtown St. Charles with a little bonus, non-technical, shady trail off of the Katy....truly a hidden gem! Come on out and see for yourself! Enjoy these flat and fast routes starting on the Katy Trail near Bike Stop Cafe and the Katy Depot. Race for Reconciliation

Community Events The Race For Reconciliation is a 5K run/walk with the goal of promoting racial unity in St. Louis.  This year the race will be held on Delmar to bring the message of racial unity to the historic Delmar divide.  This years race will be extra special because we are hosting it in collaboration with the Delmar Loop Juneteenth Celebration.  Immediately following the race there will be a vendor fair, music, and several family friendly activities to enjoy. Head for the Cure 5K

Community Events Join us for our 12th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - St. Louis as we raise funds, awareness, and hope for the St. Louis brain tumor community! Funds raised through this event will locally benefit Siteman Cancer Center, Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine, BJC HealthCare, Brains for the Cure, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. Furry family members are allowed at our 5K run/walks as long as they are leash trained and do well in crowds. We also ask that pet parents take care of pet duties responsibly. Calling all women! RunWell and Farm Girl Fit are partnering to bring you a weekly morning run just for YOU! All paces and distances are welcome (the group will run/walk 3-5 miles). Macklind Mile

Community Events The Macklind Mile is more than just getting outside…you can run fast or stroll slow…you can race to compete or move to complete. There will be music, food and activities following the short one mile course which makes it perfect for hanging out in the streets of South City St Louis with other kids and kids-at-heart. If this is your first time at the Macklind Mile, know this: it’s a one mile distance that everyone can do regardless of running or walking, and the post-race party is just as important as the distance covered! Wednesday Night Run!

Join us for a Wednesday night group run! We are back to meeting at the store for our weekly Run/Drink Wednesday! Join us at 6:30pm for a group run down the beautiful MCT Trails. The route is out and back, so feel free to go as far (or not) as you want. After the run, we'll enjoy food and beverages at a local downtown establishment (optional), so bring a dry shirt and some $$! All paces and distances are welcome. Bring a friend, or make a new one! She Runs- Women's Morning Run

Calling all women! RunWell and Farm Girl Fit are partnering to bring you a weekly morning run just for YOU! All paces and distances are welcome (the group will run/walk 3-5 miles). We will meet at Yummy's Donut Palace in Edwardsville, right by the MCT Bike Trail. They will be open and they offer bathrooms for our use. Bring your own water and any nutrition you need for the run. We will head out promptly at 5:30am to be respectful of everyone's time, so come ready to run at 5:30am. After the run, enjoy pastries, coffee, breakfast burritos, and more at Yummy's! Heroes for Autism 5k and Mile

Community Events The Freddie Ford Family Foundation is a nonprofit supporting under-served families impacted by autism and are raising awareness and acceptance of autism. The 6th Annual Heroes for Autism 5K and Mile is the annual event to spread awareness and acceptance of autism. It is a family friendly event with music, bounce house, vendors as well as food and drinks for donations. Join the fun dressed as your favorite super hero! This event is for walkers and runners of all ages and abilities. The funds raised by this event will support the Freddie Ford Family Foundation programs for social skills, health and fitness, and community education. Early Bird Registration fee: $35 for 5k and $25 for Mile. Kids 11 and under are free with a paid registration and can participate in the fun run with adult supervision. Get Your Butt Kicked @ Route 66

Community Events This timed 6 hour race takes place in Route 66 State Park located just east of Eureka, MO. The park is accessed from I-44 exit 265 (exit is for east bound traffic only). West bound traffic can do a U-turn by taking exit 264. The course is a measured 2.425 mile loop through the wooded northwest corner of Route 66 State Park. The course is a wide path consisting of thin pavement, chip n seal and some fine gravel. Although the loop is flat and fast, the temperature in July must be considered an overriding factor by each runner. Start/finish area is at the Forest Shelter which has adequate parking around it. The Forest Shelter is the main aid station and will have Ultra-Food (County/State restrictions pending). Race starts at 6 pm and ends at midnight. Darkness comes around 8:30 pm so runners will need some kind of running light for the second half of the race. This race is brought to you by the Saint Louis Ultrarunners Group. Event Type: Meeting.
