The AMS First Robotics Team offers students in 7th or 8th grade an exciting opportunity to engage in competitive robotics, working together to design, build, and program robots that will face off against other teams in the region. Participation on the team requires more than just an interest in robotics—it demands commitment, collaboration, and perseverance. Because of the fast-paced and rigorous nature of the competition season, students who wish to join must be prepared to maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic to ensure that deadlines are met and the team can compete at its highest potential.
