Meets Mondays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in Mr. Legere's classroom, Comp1. This is open to all AMS students from 5th through 8th grade. The AMS Robotics club will give students an introduction to the designing, building, and programming of various VEX robotic.

Robotics Team 7th and 8th Grade
Meets Mondays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in Mr. Legere's classroom, Comp1. The AMS First Robotics Team offers students in 7th or 8th grade an exciting opportunity to engage in competitive robotics, working together to design, build, and program robots that will face off against other teams in the region. Participation on the team requires more than just an interest in robotics—it demands commitment, collaboration, and perseverance. Because of the fast-paced and rigorous nature of the competition season, students who wish to join must be prepared to maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic to ensure that deadlines are met and the team can compete at its highest potential. Interested parents or students can email Mr. Legere at slegere@sau39.org if they have any questions.
