Puppy Power Fun Run
This month we're celebrating our four-legged friends! Join us for a tail-wagging good time where you and your furry best friends can walk, jog, or run a 1-mile or 3-mile course. Don't have a pet? That's okay, all authorized patrons and their guests are welcome!
The MCCS Fun Runs are great for runners of all levels, families, children, and pets, and are stroller friendly. This is an untimed race. Runners are encouraged to run or walk at their own pace. Each participant will receive a medal. Participate in 4 of the MCCS Community Center Fun Runs in 2024 and receive a free t-shirt.
Registration is encouraged, but not required. Start checking in at 8AM; run begins at 8:30AM. For updates on race day, check out our Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/mccscommunity. In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled.
Afterwards, take the whole family across the street to the Tarawa Terrace Marine Mart to visit the Pet Fair and Family Fun Day from 9AM-Noon.
Pets must be on leashes.

Celebrate your furry friends at our Pet Fair and Family Fun Day! Show off your pet by entering our Owner & Pet Costume Contest for a chance to win prizes for the best Owner & Pet Costume Duo and Look-A-Like. Your pets will have a "pawsome" time with free samples and giveaways, bounce houses, contests, and lots of pet-friendly activities.
Come out for a day of celebrating the joy our animal companions bring into our lives. This is a walk-up event with shaded grassy areas and water stations for pets. All pets must be leashed or in carriers.
Before you stop by, we will also be hosting the Puppy Power Fun Run at the MCCS Community Center. Start checking in at 8AM; run begins at 8:30AM
In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled for May 18.
