MCCS Puppy Run
Grab your furry friend and join us for this year's Puppy Fun Run! Don't have a pet? That's okay, all authorized patrons and their guests are welcome - no pets required! Afterwards, take the whole family across the street to the Tarawa Terrace Marine Mart to visit the Pet Fair and Family Fun Day from 9AM-Noon.
Pets must be on leashes. All base/housing guidance on pets must be followed.
Participants can walk, jog, or run on our 1-mile or 3-mile course. The MCCS Fun Runs are great for runners of all levels, families, children, and pets, and are stroller friendly. Each participant will receive a medal. Participate in four of the MCCS Community Center Fun Runs in 2025 and receive a free t-shirt. Runs are open to authorized patrons with base access and their guests. Plus, make sure you enter to win a prize for your puppy, courtesy of Ruff Land Kennels. Check-in begins at 8AM; run begins at 8:30AM. For updates on race day, check out our Facebook Group. In case of inclement weather, the event may be canceled.

Giveaways, Contests, and more!Celebrate your furry friends at this popular event hosted by our MCX team! Your pets will delight in an array of "pawsome" activities, from free samples and giveaways to special pet-focused games and contests including our fan favorite Pet Obstacle Course and this year's Pet Talent Show. The whole family can enjoy bounce houses and explore a real fire truck, while a variety of food trucks serve up delicious treats throughout the day. You'll find plenty of shaded grassy spaces and convenient water stations to keep your pets comfortable and hydrated. Plus, make sure you enter to win a prize for your furry friend, courtesy of Ruff Land Kennels. We would also love to see you at the MCCS Community Center for the MCCS Puppy Run at 8:30AM.
