Student Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy, dance-based workout that blends Latin and international rhythms into a fun, full-body sweat session. Rooted in Wellness Fair

Join us for an immersive wellness experience and meet your NYMC & TCDM Wellness Ambassadors. NYMC Goes Green for Mental Health Awareness

Student Yoga & Meditation

This is an all levels class, facilitated by Mary Butler Fink.  Yoga will be held from 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Beginners will learn the basics and advanced students can explore what comes up in their practice at a slower pace as we revisit the fundamentals of yoga. Benefits include, an increase in muscle mass, range of motion, emotional regulation and awareness and a decrease in somatic symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Meditation will be held from 6:30pm - 7:00pm: Participants will be introduced to mindfulness meditation practices focusing on the body, mind, breath and heart, designed to support a greater sense of calm, self-awareness and well-being for all.
