Student Yoga
This is an all levels class, facilitated by Mary Butler Fink. Beginners will learn the basics and advanced students can explore what comes up in their practice at a slower pace as we revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
Benefits of yoga:
Physical: Increases muscle mass, it increases range of motion and decreases somatic symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Emotional: Reduces stress, feelings of anxiety & depression, increases emotional regulation and awareness. Enhances focus and attention.

Student Meditation
Participants will be introduced to mindfulness meditation practices focusing on the body, mind, breath and heart. Each session will emphasize a different aspect of mindfulness, including ancient wisdom and neuroscience, and will be designed to support a greater sense of calm, self-awareness and well-being for all.
Students will have the opportunity to learn, practice and ask questions.
