Personal Readiness Seminar 2022

The Personal Readiness Seminar (PRS) is the first action point in the Marine for Life Cycle model. This interactive workshop provides an overview of resources available for continuing education, career development, and personal financial management. PFMP Lunch & Learn: TSP Intro and Managing Your Account

This training provides instructional content and activities to educate participants on the benefits of participating in the TSP and applies strategies to manage TSP accounts effectively. Command Financial Specialist is a principal advisor for personal financial management In order to become a CFS service members must be pay grade E6 and above for enlisted, W2/O1 and above for officers, and endorsed by Command. This is a 40 hour training- Must attend all four training dates and one PFM workshop. MCO 1700.37 requires 1 CFS per every 75 Marines.
