The Liver Transplant Support Group is a patient-centered program designed to educate, empower and support individuals living with liver disease, those awaiting transplant and post-transplant recipients.
This session will focus on medication management prior to and following liver transplantation and the essential role medications play in protecting the transplanted liver and maintaining overall health.
