Wayne County Area Chamber rof Commerce
Morrisson-Reeves Library Events
The Chamber would like to hold a meeting for those going on our Greece trip at which we go over final details and give travelers their travel documents. The date we have in mind is Tuesday, June 2, 5:30 – 7:00 pm. Would the Bard Room at MRL be available for our use? At the most, we would have 49 people. For set up, it would be great to have the tables and chairs that are in that room. They could be set up in a large rectangle with seats around the outside or classroom style, facing the direction of the screen. I don’t know if we would need the screen, but just in case. Please let me know if the Bard Room is available for our use and what additional information you need from me.
Event Kind: One-time. Event Type: .Private/Nonprofit Event. Audience: Not Applicable. Room(s): Bard Room.
