Meditation Monday

Wellness Join Balance UT every Monday night for guided meditations and wellness workshops hosted by UT students, faculty, staff and members of the community. Each week Balance UT brings in a different guest to provide students with a variety of wellness tools and practices that they can incorporate into their own daily lives. Some of the practices include mindful meditation, gratitude meditation, using visualization techniques, words of affirmations, self awareness and the awareness of breath. Wellness Join Balance UT every Monday night for guided meditations and wellness workshops hosted by UT students, faculty, staff and members of the community.
