Ease of Research Open Office Hours
Department of Medicine Events
Ease of Research Open Office Hours are dedicated time for faculty to drop in with research-related questions or hurdles. These informal, no-agenda sessions are intended to help navigate processes, clarify next steps, and remove micro-hurdles before they slow progress. Faculty are welcome to drop in with questions at any stage of the research lifecycle—early ideas, grants, IRB, compliance, timelines, students, or anything that feels like a bottleneck. No preparation is needed.
Open Hours will be offered on alternating weeks via Zoom:
Week 1: Group Research Open Office Hours
Open drop-in sessions for group discussion; all are welcome.
Week 2: 1:1 Research Navigation Appointments
Pre-booked individual appointments for sensitive or project-specific issues. Time-slot reservation is required in advance.
