Join us for a hands-on workshop for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, offering an opportunity to explore what it’s like to live and work with a guide dog. Participants will receive self-assessment tools and resources to help determine if the guide dog lifestyle is the right choice for them. Important Considerations and Requirements, GDB's Guide Dog Experience Day is designed for individuals who are blind or have visual impairments. Family members and blindness professionals are welcome to attend in a support role. All sessions are presented in a group setting using an adult learning format and are recommended for ages 14 and older. Please note: attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, teacher, or social service professional for the duration of the event.

Join us for a hands-on workshop for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, offering an opportunity to explore what it’s like to live and work with a guide dog. Participants will receive self-assessment tools and resources to help determine if the guide dog lifestyle is the right choice for them. Important Considerations and Requirements, GDB's Guide Dog Experience Day is designed for individuals who are blind or have visual impairments. Family members and blindness professionals are welcome to attend in a support role. All sessions are presented in a group setting using an adult learning format and are recommended for ages 14 and older. Please note: attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, teacher, or social service professional for the duration of the event.

Join us for a hands-on workshop for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, offering an opportunity to explore what it’s like to live and work with a guide dog. Participants will receive self-assessment tools and resources to help determine if the guide dog lifestyle is the right choice for them. Important Considerations and Requirements, GDB's Guide Dog Experience Day is designed for individuals who are blind or have visual impairments. Family members and blindness professionals are welcome to attend in a support role. All sessions are presented in a group setting using an adult learning format and are recommended for ages 14 and older. Please note: attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, teacher, or social service professional for the duration of the event.
