Local nutritionist and food scientist Jessica Grelle will present practical strategies for making healthier food choices to support mood, energy levels, focus, and overall well-being. The first class in the series, Nourishing the Gut, will be held on Wednesday, November 5th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Barrington High School in the Culinary Arts classroom.
