This is a free Yoga class, appropriate for all levels.
Sourav Singh been practicing Yoga and meditation since childhood. He has taught Yoga in India and Japan; and his teachers were Himalayan Yoga and meditation saints.
Indian Traditional Generic Meditation Yoga is combination of breathing techniques and some of the easy stretches. Anna Applegate
Born and raised in Kentucky, Cincinnati-based singer-songwriter Anna Applegate grew up in a family that adored every aspect of music: listening to it, creating it, singing it, sharing it, and living it.
Self-described as, “Southern Gothic,” Anna performs solo and also with her band, Anna Applegate & The Alibi. Her latest single, Springtime, was released on May 13. The song came to her while looking out her bedroom window on a rainy, early-April day.
