Unlike traditional mental health fairs, The Amazing Wellness Race (TAWR) offers 10 engaging stations, plus a Start and Finish Line, with activities focusing on mental and physical wellness. These stations, crafted by a team of dedicated experts including an education major and a seasoned psychiatric nurse, present diverse learning objectives and cater to various learning styles such as kinesthetic, tactile, visual, and more. From affirmation exercises, trivia, board games, movement options, and more; each activity is crafted to nurture a sense of wellness and connection within the campus community.
