IVC is hosting an AI Town Hall with U.S. Congressman Dave Min on Tuesday, October 13, from 6 to 7:30 pm in IVC Arts Hall, W4.101. The town hall will explore artificial intelligence, jobs and our future, and environmental impacts of data centers, with discussion of emerging technologies and their effects.
Open to the public. Complimentary parking is available in Lot 6.

The Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drill
Irvine Valley College and IVC at ATEP will join millions of Californians as we "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" for the Great California ShakeOut earthquake drill on Thursday, October 15.
You will hear the alert at 10:15 am on the college telephone system and outdoors through the campus public address system (PA). At that time, you will:"Drop, Cover, and Hold On" Exit the building, and meet in your designated evacuation location, The entire exercise should take no more than 10 minutes. Once it is complete, you may return to your classrooms and workspaces after the fire alarms are turned off.
Please help us practice these essential skills, which will better prepare us in the event of a major earthquake or emergency that requires a campus evacuation.
