MCDOT is hosting a series of informal pop-up events along the Veirs Mill Road Flash Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridor. The team will share information about the Veirs Mill Road Flash BRT project.
BRT will improve transit connectivity between Rockville and Wheaton with faster, more reliable and frequent transit service. The project will include dedicated lanes for buses, queue jumps that allow buses to jump ahead of traffic at intersections, and transit signal priority to help buses move through traffic signals.

All you need to do is stop by the ground floor of the BSE in room G318, bring your reusable bags, and pick up some food. Are you interested in volunteering?
