Whether you’re boundary-curious or overdue for a reset, you’ll leave with real-life language and one boundary you can test drive this week—with zero guilt.

Lunch & Learn: The Ultimate Gold Star Chart: Introducing Boring Self-Care
Connector Import
Bubble baths are cute, but did you refill your meds? Schedule that appointment you’ve been putting off? Throw in a load of laundry before it became a sentient being? This Lunch & Learn is a celebration of boring self-care—the quiet, routine things that keep us afloat when life is a lot (which, let’s be honest, is most of the time). We’ll explore what boring self-care actually means, how it’s deeply rooted in disability justice, and why brushing your teeth counts as resistance. Come for the gold stars, stay for the reminder that you’re allowed to take care of yourself in ways that are small, steady, and incredibly real.
