CPR/AED/First Aid and Stop the Bleed class

Connector Import Join us to learn (or re-learn) the basics of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) . You will also learn basic first aid, how to use an AED, and methods for stopping bleeding in an emergency.The skills learned in this course will prepare you to conduct CPR in an emergency. Participants that complete this course will receive a certification that is valid for 2 years. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure consisting of chest compressions often combined with artificial ventilation, or mouth to mouth in an effort to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest. It is recommended for those who are unresponsive with no breathing or abnormal breathing.
