New Employee Orientation (NEO)

HR Recruitment (Internal) REMINDER! When you are hiring an employee please continue to work closely with your HR Recruiters every step of the way. New employees can only start on a NEO date. This includes contract workers, contingent workers, interns, and volunteers. Once Recruitment has set the start date for your employee, that employee will be automatically added to that day’s NEO. HR’s Learning and Development team will send you and your new employee an email on the Thursday before the employee’s start date with information about NEO. If your new employee’s start date needs to change for any reason, contact Recruitment immediately so they can work with the new employee and update Workday.
