We host an accredited and comprehensive diabetes education program for five-week sessions at different times of the year. In each session, the following topics will be discussed:
Class 1: Understanding Diabetes (September 15, 2026)
Class 2: Nutrition (September 22, 2026)
Class 3: Reading Food Labels, Recipe Modification and Eating Out (September 29, 2026) - Flex 3 room
Class 4: Medications and Exercise (October 6, 2026)
Class 5: Living with Diabetes and Long-Term Management (October 13, 2026)

2026 Pre-Diabetes Daytime Program
For the person with a fasting glucose of 100 to 125. Topics include physical activity, promoting weight loss, meal planning and shopping tips, and blood glucose monitoring.
