Diabetes Education Afternoon Program (5 weeks)
We host an accredited and comprehensive diabetes education program for five-week sessions at different times of the year. In each session, the following topics will be discussed:
Class 1: Understanding Diabetes (October 20, 2026)
Class 2: Nutrition (October 27, 2026)
Class 3: Reading Food Labels, Recipe Modification and Eating Out (November 3, 2026) - Flex 3 room
Class 4: Medications and Exercise (November 10, 2026)
Class 5: Living with Diabetes and Long-Term Management (November 17, 2026)
Fee may be covered by your insurance. Please call your insurance carrier to verify coverage and co-pays.
Registration is required and attendance with a significant other is encouraged.

2026 Pre-Diabetes Evening Program
For the person with a fasting glucose of 100 to 125. Topics include physical activity, promoting weight loss, meal planning and shopping tips, and blood glucose monitoring.
