This ONE-DAY online and interactive course covers topics such as: labor & delivery, cesarean sections, anesthesia, postpartum, and review of hospital newborn care. This class is designed for those who want to receive all course content within one class day.  Web-based learning materials will be provided. A self-guided review of third trimester in pregnancy is encouraged with the provided materials. This ONE-DAY accelerated and interactive course will review relaxation, stages of labor/vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, anesthesia, postpartum, and hospital newborn care. Birthing parents and partners will have the opportunity to practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and swaddling/diapering newborns.
