Art Exhibit: Ocean County by Debbie Gentile

Toms River Branch The Ocean County Library is pleased to announce that it will host Ocean County, a month-long exhibit by photographer Debbie Gentile. The collection, which will be displayed in the Toms River Library’s 2nd Floor Gallery during January, consists of local Ocean County photography. Debbie Gentile has a passion for photojournalism. Her work has been seen at the Island Heights Artists Guild, Toms River Times Newspaper and Ocean County College. Debbie continues to hone her skills with ongoing studies in the photography field. Take-Home Storytime Bundle & Craft

Jackson Branch You're invited to the Jackson Branch to bring the storytime experience home with a "Take Home Storytime". Themed book bundles and activity packets featuring Scholastic® Teachable pages and a craft. Sparks's Lab 3D Print Submissions

Sparks's Lab Makerspace Register to submit your 3D print file for October. Submitted files must be 3D object files (.obj or.stl) or formatted in Cura for Lulzbot (.curaproject.3mf) with specific dimensions. Limited capacity. Limit of 1 print per person per month. All prints must be under a 4-hour estimated print time. Prints will be completed by the end of October. Maker staff will notify you when your print is ready to be picked up at the Information Desk on the second floor of the Toms River Branch.    Once registered you will be sent an email with the steps to complete your 3D print submission. Toms River Branch NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grass-roots organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental health issues in themselves or a family member. NAMI Hearts & Minds is the association’s set of education programs designed to break down “the brain-body barrier in our own minds” and help people understand the importance of whole person wellness.
