Virtual Infant CPR Class

This non-certification course teaches the lifesaving skills of Infant CPR and the relief of choking. Skills are taught by Certified CPR Instructors. Due to this being a virtual course, instruction will be limited to observation only. Family and Friends CPR is designed for individuals who want to learn CPR, but do not need a course completion card. Birthing parents and partners will have the opportunity to practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and swaddling/diapering newborns. In Person/Virtual Breastfeeding Support Group

This support group will take place in person & virtually and is facilitated by an experienced IBCLC. Please bring your baby, meet other parents, and engage in peer breastfeeding support in a non-judgmental environment.  A scale will be available for infant weights. IN PERSON Childbirth Prep Labor Lab

This ONE-DAY accelerated and interactive course will review relaxation, stages of labor/vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, anesthesia, postpartum, and hospital newborn care. Birthing parents and partners will have the opportunity to practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and swaddling/diapering newborns.
