Our Mission: To provide a safe place for those living with the effects of stroke, to come together for education and encouragement on a monthly basis. How to Join: Send us an email at StrokeSupportGroup@pennmedicine.upenn.edu. Once we receive your email, you will be added to a reoccurring meeting through BlueJeans. Each month, you will receive an email with a unique link to join the meeting. What to Expect: A safe space for the encouragement and support of others living with the effects of stroke. Education surrounding stroke resources, recovery expectations, and secondary prevention.
