Sweat and Sculpt is bringing its largest women’s fitness and wellness event yet to WSFS Sportsplex this spring. Founded by fitness leader Jacklyn Romano, this high energy experience will welcome hundreds of attendees for a morning centered on movement, recovery, and community connection.
Each ticket includes a 50 minute signature Pilates workout, a custom Sweat and Sculpt active set shipped to attendees prior to the event, wellness activations such as B12 shots, acupuncture, and cold plunge recovery, plus food and beverage offerings and post class networking with brand partners.

At the turn of the 19th century across America, intentional communities of artists in Rose Valley, Byrdcliffe, and Roycroft were havens for handcraft, worker dignity, and the promotion of beautiful art for the masses, and were works of art in themselves—total sensory installations of the Arts and Crafts Movement—that stood as model community-workshops, suggesting that there could be an alternative to brutal industrialization. Lightman is an award-winning singer, songwriter, and self-taught producer, who debuted with Lava Records on the Billboard Hot 100 with her first single landing in the top 20. Since then, she has gone on to have a successful career spanning 20 years sharing stages with artists such as Jewel, Rob Thomas and Prince. Lightman's most recent single "Higher" climbed to #1 on the iTunes charts. With over 100 placements in film and TV, Lightman's smooth, soulful voice soars over beautifully penned songs of self-reflection through the journey of life. Lightman recently won the Emerging Songwriter Warrior award sponsored by SONA and YouTube Songwriters and is a newly elected songwriter governor for the New York Chapter of the Recording Academy.
