Undocumented Resource Center Our lived experiences form part of an important story and each of our stories matters. However, the dominant discourses in society have falsely led us to believe that some stories are more valuable than others. As a result, it is not uncommon to question your abilities and talents, struggle with self-doubt, and overall feel like a fraud. In this three-series workshop, we will unpack the concept of ‘impostor syndrome’ and how to break through the cycle to own that you belong in the room. Join us in a safe environment to learn more about impostor syndrome, hear from a variety of professionals about how impostor syndrome has shown up in their lives, and learn practical steps you can take to break through the cycle!
