Destress Week: DIY Natural Bodycare Workshop
Learn how to make your own skincare and body care products using simple, natural ingredients. In this hands-on workshop, you'll create items like sugar scrubs, lip balms, and moisturizers. All free from harsh chemicals and easy to recreate at home. No experience necessary, and all materials are provided. Come ready to get creative and leave with products you actually made yourself.
These are the core materials participants will mix together: Sugar or Sea Salt (main exfoliant) , Carrier oils (moisturizing base) like coconut, almond, or jojoba oil , Essential oils (for scent) like lavender, peppermint, lemon, or eucalyptus , Vitamin E oil (optional – helps nourish skin) , Dried herbs or flowers (optional) – lavender buds, rose petals , Shea butter or cocoa butter (optional for extra moisture).
