The Center for Community Engagement is excited to share their partnership with Casa Pacifica Centers for Children & Families to host a Prom Donation Drive benefiting local youth. 💗✨

Prom Donation Drive
The Center for Community Engagement is excited to share their partnership with Casa Pacifica Centers for Children & Families to host a Prom Donation Drive benefiting local youth. 💗✨
Each spring, Casa Pacifica gives the young adults they serve the opportunity to attend a prom of their own—a night dedicated to celebration, confidence, and creating lasting memories with friends. For many of these youth, access to formalwear can be a barrier to fully experiencing this milestone. Through this donation drive, our goal is to ensure every young person has the chance to find an outfit that makes them feel confident, special, and celebrated on their prom night.
We are currently accepting new or gently used formalwear, including: Prom dresses and suits/tuxedos , Dress shoes , Jewelry and accessories, Donations are being accepted now through March. Items can be dropped off in the Ojai Hall Lobby on the hanging rack or with an employee in Room 1934.
Even a single dress, suit, or accessory can make a meaningful…

Community Hangouts
Modoc Garden is a student centered space for getting outside, meeting new people, and taking a break from the usual campus routine. Throughout the semester, we host garden work days, harvest events, and relaxed community hangouts that are open to all students no gardening experience required. Whether you want to learn how to grow food, volunteer a little time, or just enjoy being outside, there’s a place for you here.
Our events are low pressure and welcoming. You can show up for as long as you want, get your hands in the dirt, and learn alongside other students who are also figuring things out as they go. We believe gardens are about more than plants they’re about connection, care, and community.
Modoc Garden is a great way to unplug, touch grass (literally), and do something that feels good for both you and the campus. Come solo or bring a friend, and leave with fresh air, good vibes, and sometimes even fresh produce.
