SFBFS Direct Food Distribution

Food Distribution We will be providing seniors in need with fresh produce and take-home groceries, offering health & nutrition information, and sharing community resource information. Please be sure to note the food distribution location and start time. Must be available for the duration of the shift. All volunteers must be 10 years of age or older to volunteer. Volunteers ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Please arrive on time and wear closed-toed and closed-heel shoes.Tennis shoes, boots, or sneakers are ideal —no Crocs, strap-backs, slippers, or sandals. No part of the toe or heel can be exposed. Please be prepared to work outdoors. Check the weather and dress appropriately. We do not cancel food distributions due to weather. We serve those in need rain or shine!
