Join us for an empowering self-defense class that approaches personal safety from a martial arts perspective. This course integrates the philosophy of martial arts with practical combat training, focusing initially on Arnis Eskrima —a Filipino martial art renowned for its effectiveness and ease of learning.
Arnis Eskrima offers a practical and actionable approach to handling various defense scenarios, making it an ideal starting point for those new to self-defense or martial arts. Our sessions are designed exclusively for adults and will involve controlled combat drills. Participants will engage in close contact and striking exercises to better prepare for real-world situations.
While the training will be intense, safety remains our top priority, and all exercises are conducted in a supportive and respectful environment.
