Come learn about Chinese culture! Educator, Yaping Zhang, will teach a range of topics concerning cultural exchange between Asia and the Western world through both presentation and activities. Topics include: why is red a lucky color within the stock markets of China? Where did Sesame Chicken come from? Are fortune cookies from China? Why is the Dragon so culturally important in China? What manners should you show at a traditional Chinese restaurant, and how can you make sure you're polite? What are some traditional Chinese family values?
