Food Science and Technology
Please join our senior product development teams in the RMI Sensory Theater, as they present their pitch decks and showcase the innovative food products they have developed throughout the Spring quarter.
Each of the 5 student teams will provide a tasting and a short presentation highlighting how their product meets this year’s course theme of “Healthy, Sustainable, Delicious”.
