Course Objectives for this Psychiatry Grand Rounds presentation include: To identify preclinical functional outcome measures, with clinically meaningful patient directed benefit, in genetic models of neurodevelopmental disorders using in vitro and in vivo approaches. , To delineate various potential biological markers (biomarkers) within cortical brain activity, assessed by EEG, and during sleep. , To evaluate intervention strategies either pharmaceutical, small molecule or gene editing based “curative” therapeutics.
