Researchers may have a grant application that requires an evaluation plan or may have questions on survey design, qualitative methods, or even the presentation of data. The School of Medicine Office of Research Evaluation Unit has expertise in all of these areas and is offering office-hour consultations for short conversations on these topics. These monthly office hours are designed to support CTSC and UC Davis Health researchers' needs and provide an informal setting for researchers to ask questions.

2026 Hideo “Dale” Kubo Memorial Lecture

The UC Davis Department of Radiation Oncology will host the 2026 Hideo “Dale” Kubo Memorial Lecture on September 3 featuring Susan S. Yom, MD, PhD, MAS, FASTRO, a nationally recognized leader in radiation oncology and chief of the Head and Neck, Cutaneous, and Thoracic Radiation Oncology Services at UC San Francisco. Her lecture, “Translation through Clinical Trials: Using Science to Support Radiotherapy Patients,” will explore how clinical research advances patient-centered cancer care and treatment innovation.
