Avalanche Level 1 Course

Students must have an Avalanche Rescue before going on this course that includes two classroom sessions and a three-day field session. Cost includes group equipment and instruction (participants must provide own transportation and lodging). For all Avalanche Field Sessions participants must rent or supply their own backcountry set up. This Avalanche Level 1 Course takes place in Silver Valley, Idaho. Sign up early to reserve your spot before Feb. 10! Prerequisite: Pre-trip classroom sessions are at 5:30 p.m. Feb 10 and 12, in the SRC Classroom.
