Stress Management: Walk and Learn

Join us in the Arb for a Stress Management Workshop on the move! Enjoy nature while you learn: What is stress? Is all stress bad? We all encounter stress, so how we cope with stress is vital. Vandalizing the Camp: Outdoor Cooking Class

Join us on the SRC Front Lawn for the final edition of Vandalizing the Kitchen for the year, this time with an outdoor twist! The U of I Outdoor Program and Vandal Health Education join forces to provide recipes and outdoor cooking tips to take with you on your next summer camping trip. Denim Day Mobilization Event

Wear Denim to show solidarity with survivors and help end victim-blaming. Stop by the tabling fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for more information and to join in our campus photo at noon in the ISUB Plaza. Why Denim? The campaign was originally triggered by a ruling by the Italian Supreme Court where a rape conviction was overturned because the justices felt that since the victim was wearing tight jeans she must have helped her rapist remove her jeans, thereby implying consent. The following day, the women in the Italian Parliament came to work wearing jeans in solidarity with the victim.
