Arts & Culture The Ogden Pioneer Days and the Eccles Art Center’s Main Galleries exhibits western-themed artists during the Ogden Pioneer Days’ “Traces of the West” art show and includes recent work with a western theme. This year’s categories include two-dimensional art, including drawing and painting, and three-dimensional art, including sculpture and high-end western gear. Local artists throughout Utah, as well as those from Arizona and Idaho, are participating. The invitational art competition will open Friday, July 4 and run throughout the month. Recreation The Peak Challenge is a self-paced trail challenge for Northern Utah trail lovers to set a goal to bag all four iconic local Peaks in one season. Ranging in elevation from Malans at 6980 feet all the way to Ben Lomond Peak at 9711 feet. Anyone who has completed any of these four peaks will tell you that they can be a bit of a challenge. Participants choose when to complete each of the four peaks; Malans, Lewis, Mt. Ogden & Ben Lomond - just like the levels of our TFNU membership program. Peaks can be done any time, and in any order, between June 7th and October 14th. Whether you end up bagging just one or do all four - participants will receive an exclusive peak sticker for each mountain top you reach and an exclusive sticker once all four peaks are completed. 2025 Peak Challenge

Recreation The Peak Challenge is a self-paced trail challenge for Northern Utah trail lovers to set a goal to bag all four iconic local Peaks in one season. Ranging in elevation from Malans at 6980 feet all the way to Ben Lomond Peak at 9711 feet. Anyone who has completed any of these four peaks will tell you that they can be a bit of a challenge. Participants choose when to complete each of the four peaks; Malans, Lewis, Mt. Ogden & Ben Lomond - just like the levels of our TFNU membership program. Peaks can be done any time, and in any order, between June 7th and October 14th. Whether you end up bagging just one or do all four - participants will receive an exclusive peak sticker for each mountain top you reach and an exclusive sticker once all four peaks are completed. CAMP- Digging Through History - Ages 9-11

2025 Peak Challenge

Recreation The Peak Challenge is a self-paced trail challenge for Northern Utah trail lovers to set a goal to bag all four iconic local Peaks in one season. Ranging in elevation from Malans at 6980 feet all the way to Ben Lomond Peak at 9711 feet. Anyone who has completed any of these four peaks will tell you that they can be a bit of a challenge. Participants choose when to complete each of the four peaks; Malans, Lewis, Mt. Ogden & Ben Lomond - just like the levels of our TFNU membership program. Peaks can be done any time, and in any order, between June 7th and October 14th. Whether you end up bagging just one or do all four - participants will receive an exclusive peak sticker for each mountain top you reach and an exclusive sticker once all four peaks are completed. Participants bagging all four peaks during that time will also be recognized at the TFNU Fall Trail Mixer October 23rd at the Monarch and receive a pretty cool award. Recreation Categories: Biking.
