Cache County Strong Bodies Summer Program
Join us for a 12-week strength training group fitness program! The classes include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. Classes are two days a week for 12 weeks led by Jenna Dyckman, Cache County USU Extension Faculty.
The program helps participants progress to a level where they are stronger, more flexible, and have better balance. This is achieved by increasing resistance (e.g. weight) and decreasing reliance on assistance (e.g. chair) to perform key exercises with dumbbells, ankle weights, and a floor mat. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. All abilities are welcome, as this program helps you progress at your pace and activity level (with lots of encouragement, of course!).
