Classes are two days a week for 12 weeks led by Jenna Dyckman, Cache County USU Extension Faculty. The program helps participants progress to a level where they are stronger, more flexible, and have better balance. This is achieved by increasing resistance (e.g. weight) and decreasing reliance on assistance (e.g. chair) to perform key exercises with dumbbells, ankle weights, and a floor mat. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. All abilities are welcome, as this program helps you progress at your pace and activity level (with lots of encouragement, of course!). Venue Name: Cache County Extension Office. Program Area: Home, Family & Food. Registration Link: https://4h.zsuite.org/external-event-registration/48806. Accessibility Statement: For questions about accessibility or to request accommodations, please contact the event organizer prior to the event.
