Cache County Strong Bodies Summer Program

Join us for a 12-week strength training group fitness program! The classes include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. Classes are two days a week for 12 weeks led by Jenna Dyckman, Cache County USU Extension Faculty. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. All abilities are welcome, as this program helps you progress at your pace and activity level (with lots of encouragement, of course!). Venue Name: Cache County Extension Office.
