Volunteers should be able to walk over uneven ground, bend over for extended periods, work outdoors in a variety of conditions, and comply with the safety guidelines. How Many More Days?! was written for the "ours babies" of blended families — the young children who feel the big, quiet ache of watching their siblings leave for another home. It's a whimsical, age-appropriate story that helps little ones feel seen, understood, and supported through every goodbye.

Help restore native habitats. Join us every week to manually remove invasive species on the property. Invasive weeds crowd out native species and impair the habitat.
Volunteers should be able to walk over uneven ground, bend over for extended periods, work outdoors in a variety of conditions, and comply with the safety guidelines. Volunteers should wear closed-toe sturdy shoes, pants, hat, and sun protection. Bring plenty of water and snacks if needed. Ages 16 and over.

Join us for the 2026 Weber/Davis Walk to End Alzheimer's, the world's largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.
Whether you've been personally affected by Alzheimer's or another dementia, are walking in honor of a loved one, or simply want to support the cause, everyone is welcome! Registration is free, and participants of all ages are encouraged to attend.

A perfect path for everyone (see route maps below, all races begin and end near the Park Bowery):
Runners can chase their personal best on a 5K route that starts at the Harrisville Park Bowery, winds past the new Family Promise building, and then returns to the city park. Medals will be awarded to the top runners.
Walkers will enjoy a relaxed, non-timed, one-mile scenic route.
Children under 12 years can test their running or bicycling legs on the one-mile route while children's movie characters cheer them on! The first three runners to the finish line will earn a medal. (bikers won't be part of the medal race, please bring non-motorized bikes/scooters only).
Children's Movie Characters will cheer and mingle during the kids' race. At 9:30, they'll line up for a meet-and-greet. Bring your camera for a fun photo to remember the race by!

Come join us for a night of fun with food and bar at 5:30 PM (pre-party ticket required, ages 18+) followed by our annual Costume Contest at 6:50 PM and showing of the film The Rocky Horror Picture Show at 7:30 PM. After the wedding of mutual friends, Brad Majors (Barry Bostwick) and his fiancée Janet Weiss (Susan Sarandon) get lost driving in a heavy downpour. The first house they see belongs to majordomo Riff Raff (Richard O'Brien) and his sister, housekeeper Magenta (Patricia Quinn). Brad and Janet have come on an auspicious night: the Transylvanians are there for the benefit of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a sweet transvestite. But all is not happy, as the criminologist/narrator expounds in this tuneful send-up. This film is rated R and students/young adults should be accompanied by somebody that is 18+. All attendees of the Pre-Show Party must be 18+.

Manual Cinema Presents: The 4th Witch
Manual Cinema is an Emmy Award–winning performance collective, design studio, and film production company. The 4th Witch is a new story inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth, about a girl who escapes war and flees into a dark forest.
Told through shado puppetry, actors in silhouette, and live music (without dialogue or narration), The 4th Witch begins on the eve of an invasion of a small town by the warlord Macbeth. The girl escapes the invading army and flees into the nearby forest. Orphaned and exiled, she is rescued by a witch who takes her in as an apprentice. As she becomes more skilled in witchcraft, her grief and rage lead her into a quest for vengeance against Macbeth, the warlord who killed her parents.
The 4th Witch, an inversion of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, explores grief, war, generational conflict, and cycles of violence through the collateral damage left on the battlefield. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Ogden City’s Christmas Village illuminates downtown Ogden with its magnificent festive lights every year from the Saturday after Thanksgiving through January 1st.
Lights are turned on daily at 5 p.m. They are turned off at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at midnight on Friday and Saturday. Lights are on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years.Enjoy the stage entertainment Monday- Saturday 6-8 pm, Santa visits the Christmas Village Monday through Friday from 6pm to 9pm, and on Saturday from 5pm to 9pm. Starting November 29th through December 23rd.
*Opening Day, Santa will be in his castle at approximately 7pm.
It is free to see Santa. Bring your own camera and take be sure to get a picture!

Happy Holidays! Santa is planning his arrival in Ogden with the Holiday Electric Light Parade on the Saturday following Thanksgiving.
The parade begins at 5:30pm and will go south on Washington Boulevard from 22nd Street to 28th Street. At the conclusion of the parade, approximately 6:30pm, Santa will turn on the lights of Christmas Village and kick-off the month-long holiday celebration with Christmas Village on display at Municipal Gardens.
Floats will be on display in front of the Amphitheater on 25th Street after the parade. Those interested in having an entry in the parade should contact Ogden City Special Events at 801-629-8547.
