Ogden Nature Center

The Ogden Nature Center is a 152-acre wildlife sanctuary and education center located in the heart of Ogden, Utah. We offer over 1.5 miles of trails with an observation tower, two treehouses, bird blinds and two beautiful green buildings. We offer the best in environmental education and nature study. We are also home to a wild bird care program. We are open Mon.-Fri. 9-5 and Sat. 9-4.

Cookies and Campfire Book Club

Community Classes in Nature 18+ only January 11th, February 8th, March 14th, April 11th, May 9th Join an ONC naturalist and other book worms once a month in the spring for discussions of Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds & Shape Our Futures by Merlin Sheldrake. This book discusses the often-neglected organism that is changing the way we look at ecosystems: fungi! Read all the fascinating aspects of mushrooms, then come to discuss your thoughts with like-minded individuals.  Hot beverages and treats provided.
