Cayla Schreier, Director of Student and Community Engagement for Hillel for Utah, will share the powerful story of her grandmother, Ilse Loeb, who survived as a hidden Jewish child in Austria during World War II. Ilse was protected by Christian families who risked their lives to shield her from persecution.

In partnership with One Kind Act a Day, this interfaith panel will feature representatives from the Muslim Student Association, Hillel for Utah, LDSSA, the Newman Center, and InterVarsity as they share how their faith traditions inspire everyday acts of kindness and connection.
