Spiritual Wellness Certificate: Nurturing a spiritual life
Experience a four-session journey into spiritual wellness, with holistic educational sessions and a signature nature walk in partnership with the Student Life Center.
This certification offers a four-session journey into spiritual wellness, blending mindfulness, stress management, values exploration, and nature connection. The curriculum is grounded in holistic education and best practices, with a signature nature walk in partnership with the Recreation department. Students who complete the program may return as Spiritual Wellness Mentors in future semesters.
