Power, Community, and Accountability
Tuesday, October 14
7:00 PM
Cottonwood Community Center, Oftentimes, institutions of higher education prioritize and emphasize undergraduate students when considering relationship and sexual violence. This focus omits graduate students, professional students, and post-doctoral researchers and fellows. Relationship and Sexual Violence is a significant concern in this population, even as their experiences look different than traditional college students. This workshop programming presented by the McCluskey Center for Violence Prevention, seeks to fill this gap and provide relevant, discussion-based content for this often-excluded group. The programming would be delivered through a primary prevention lens, which aims to stop violence before it starts.
