Sunnyside Apartments offers 200 garden plots and community herb gardens to residents each spring. Monthly social and educational programs give residents opportunities to learn and engage with their community. Each year, residents are invited to apply for an individual garden plot in the East or West Village.
Applications open online on Wednesday, March 18 at 8:00 AM, and plots are assigned by the end of April on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also Community Herb Gardens in each village, open to all residents to enjoy and snip a few fresh herbs from.
