Sunnyside Courts Spring Clean-Up Begins

Twice a year, Sunnyside Apartments conducts a property-wide check of all property permits for items stored in laundry rooms, stroller and bike storage, as well as a sweep of all other improperly stored items located in stairwells, on balconys, and any other common area. Monthly social and educational programs give residents opportunities to learn and engage with their community. Each year, residents are invited to apply for an individual garden plot in the East or West Village. Applications open online on Wednesday, March 18 at 8:00 AM, and plots are assigned by the end of April on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also Community Herb Gardens in each village, open to all residents to enjoy and snip a few fresh herbs from.
