It's our Dirty 30! Support the Edible Campus Gardens
As a program of the Office for Sustainability Education, the Edible Campus Gardens engages our community through garden-based education and urban food production to foster environmental stewardship, community resilience, and belonging on campus. We provide hands-on learning experiences, provide free, fresh, hyperlocal produce to students, and cultivate true community on campus. The Edible Campus Gardens have created spaces of belonging, well-being, and ecological learning since 1996. These giving days, your support will plant the seed for the next 30(+!) years of garden-based education at the University of Utah.
